THIS IS ME
I qualified as a solicitor in 1999. I was drawn towards employment law early on in my career and set up my own specialist employment law firm in 2004 whilst I had two young children: one aged 2 years and the other just 8 weeks old!
I have had the privilige of advising hundreds, probably over a thousand individuals and businesses on all aspects of employment law.
I've taken a step back from day to day advice and case work and now focus more on business strategy relating to all aspects of employment matters.
Over the past 25 years I have developed in-depth knowledge of employment law, workplace relationships & dynamics, and litigation in the Employment Tribunals.
I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from established corporations to innovative startups. This experience has given me a deep understanding of conveys the unique challenges that companies of all sizes face.
Through my move into consulting I can help business owners, managers and HR professionals manage difficult employment issues and mitigate the prospects of claims.
When I'm not strategising or solving problems, I am often pursuing my passion of running, listening to live music, travelling, or walking my spaniel cross dog.
