Fees

Hourly Rate - £200 

Half Day Rate (4 hours) - £600

Full Day Rate (7 hours) - £950

Project work, training & NED appointments - subject to discussion about specific requirements.

Complaints

I strive to provide the best service possible for all clients.  However should you have any complaints you can raise them with me informally in the first instance and I will do my best to resolve matters.  If you remain disatisfied you can raise a formal complaint by emailing hello@jennifermccarthy.co.uk.  I will endevour to respond within 14 days.

If you remain unhappy with my response you can complain either to the Solicitor's Regulation Authority or the Legal Ombudsman.  I can provide more details about this if necessary.
